Calamity
Before you report a calamity to Property Management Rotterdam, you must be sure that you must act with immediate urgency.

You can contact Vastgoedbeheer Rotterdam during office hours. If it is an emergency notification, which takes place after 17:00 and can not wait until the next day, you can submit an emergency notification as follows:

-> Send an e-mail to huurder@vgbr.nl, listed as SPOED and send a message with as clear a description as possible of the calamity, your contact details and your address.

-> Call 010-2170112, if there is no answer, stay on the line until you hear a beep. Speak then and as clear as possible the description of the calamity, your contact details and your address.

You will be contacted within 24 hours after reporting.

! Please note important: In the event of unnecessary use of the emergency service, the costs involved will be charged to you, including the handling costs of Property Management Rotterdam.

! Note important: the rate of a calamity service is usually 200%.
